✅ 15-Day RMA Policy

• All return requests must be made within 15 days of the invoice date.
• All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, unless returned for a verified defect.
• Returns are subject to inspection prior to credit or replacement.

 Non-Returnable Products

• Disposable vapes are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
• Consumable items such as e-liquids, replacement coils, and opened or used atomizers, tanks, mouthpieces, or other personal hygiene products are non-returnable.
• Products that have been used, tampered with, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

 How to Request an RMA

To initiate a return:

1. Complete the Product Returns Form on our website.

2. Include your: 

• Contact information
• Order number and date
• Product name, model, and quantity
• Reason for return (choose from provided options)
• Description of issue or defect, if applicable

3. Submit the form. Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

 Return Processing & Credits

If your RMA is approved:

• We may issue a prepaid return shipping label, or
• Apply a credit to your account or refund the product, depending on the situation.
• Credit/refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected—typically within 3–5 business days.

 Manufacturer Warranties & Disclaimers

• All warranties are provided solely through the product’s manufacturer. AK Wholesale does not warranty, service, or guarantee any product directly.
• Any manufacturer-related claims (e.g., performance issues, defects, malfunctions) must be handled with the manufacturer as per their policies.
• By purchasing from AK Wholesale, you acknowledge understanding the nature of these products and accept the inherent risks involved in their use.
